  • Outreach and Advocacy: They may assist in raising awareness about the R.B.G.P.’s mission, advocating for the cause, and mobilizing community support.

  • Data Collection and Reporting: Volunteers can help gather data, assist with research, and contribute to reporting efforts, enabling the R.B.G.P. to evaluate its impact and effectiveness.

  • Identifying Shared Goals: The partner should clearly define their interests and objectives, and ensure our missions and goals align. 

  • Resource Contribution: This may include financial support, in-kind donations, volunteer time, or other resources that can help the R.G.B.P. achieve it's mission.

  • Collaboration and Engagement: Actively participating in planning and decision-making processes. This involves regular communication to ensure both parties are on the same page regarding expectations and contributions.

  • Advocacy and Promotion: Individuals or groups can help raise awareness about our mission, promoting it within their networks to attract further support and engagement.

  • Capacity Building: They may offer their skills or expertise to assist in improving R.B.G.P.'s operations, whether through training, strategic planning, or program development.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Partners should participate in evaluating the partnership's impact, assessing whether goals are being met, and providing feedback for improvements.

  • Sustainability Focus: Collaborators should consider the long-term impact of their partnership, working together to create sustainable outcomes that benefit the nonprofit and its stakeholders.

  • Ultimately, a successful partnership with an individual or group is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to social impact.

Become A Donor

  • Financial Support: Donors provide essential funding that enables the R.B.G.P. to carry out its mission. This can include general operating support, funding for specific programs, or capital contributions for infrastructure improvements.

  • Sustainability: Regular contributions from donors help ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization, allowing the R.B.G.P.  to plan and implement programs with confidence and stability.

  • Mission Alignment: Donors can choose to support the R.B.G.P.  when we align with their values and interests. Their contributions help further causes they are passionate about, such as education, health, the environment,  social justice, or Black Liberation.

  • Community Engagement: Donors also serve as ambassadors for the organization within their own networks, helping to raise awareness, expand the donor base, and connect the R.B.G.P.  with potential partnerships.

  • In-kind Contributions: Beyond financial support, donors may also contribute goods or services that enhance the R.B.G.P.’s operations, such as volunteer time, pro bono professional services, or donated materials.

 The role of a member can vary, but generally includes several key responsibilities:

  • Contribution of Skills and Expertise: Members can bring a range of skills—such as fundraising, marketing, legal, or administrative expertise—to help the party operate effectively and achieve its goals.

  • Networking and Advocacy: Members serve as ambassadors for the R.B.G.P., helping to raise awareness, recruit volunteers, and attract donors. They can leverage their networks to expand the organization's reach and impact.

  • Financial Support: Participate in fundraising efforts and may be expected to make personal donations.

  • Feedback and Evaluation: Members can provide valuable insights and feedback on the R.G.B.P.'s programs and initiatives, helping to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Promotion of Collaboration: Encouraging collaboration among members, stakeholders, and the community is essential to building a strong network and maximizing the R.B.G.P.'s impact.
